Meet Our Pastor

Hi! I’m Rev. Tonya Hancock and I’m the new pastor of Trinity UMC! I have been in ministry for over a decade, graduated with my Master’s of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology in 2022, and I am currently a provisional Elder of the UMC, working to become an ordained Elder.

Trinity UMC Fayetteville is an inclusive, loving, welcoming, Spirit-filled church and I am so happy to be a part of it!

At Trinity Church, our mission and vision is to Welcome, Nourish, and Serve. We have countless feeding ministries as well as fighting for justice for the Queer Community in this part of Northwest Arkansas (NWA). At Trinity UMC Fayetteville, we were welcoming and celebrating everyone for decades! We are growing in diversity and as a Reconciling Congregation in the UMC that is fighting and making room for ALL of God’s children!
